We are gathered today to join Juan and Vera in the loving bonds of marriage. In marriage, we give ourselves freely and generously into the hands of the one we love, and in doing so, each of us receives the love and trust of the other as our most precious gift.

Juan and Vera– Do you each enter this marriage of your own free will, free of any reason why you should not be joined? YES

Do you Juan take Vera to be your lawfully wedded wife? Do you swear you will love, honor, cherish and comfort her, in good times and bad, forevermore? YES

Do you Vera take Juan to be your lawfully wedded husband? Do you swear you will love, honor, cherish and comfort him/her, in good times and bad, forevermore? YES

A ring is a circle, so shall your love for each other be, a circle with no beginning and no end, complete forever.

Look at Juan: Place the ring on Vera’s left ring finger and repeat after me – With this ring, I thee wed.

Look at Vera: Place the ring on Juan’s left ring finger and repeat after me – With this ring, I thee wed.

May you always share with each other the gifts your love brings, be one in heart. May you always create a home together to share your love, generosity, and kindness.

Vera Kim and Juan Carlos will now exchange rings as a symbol of their love and commitment.
