Dearly Beloved and Honored Guests,

We are gathered together here to join Alexandra Hammond and Logan Trotter in the spiritual union of marriage.

This marriage is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.

Alex and Logan first met on valentines day 2015 and its only fitting that a day of love would transition into holy matrimony.

One of my fondest memories I have of these two goes back to a hot summer day when we went to Longs Lake to go cliff jumping. Logan who you all know he has no fear whether it be back flips off the swings in grade school, setting sheets on fire, or worse being around fire, or simply one who pushing the friendship patience's level to the ultimate max. Logan is someone who can push you to your limits but not Alex. Trust me, the gentlemen to the left know what I mean. Anyways as I would watch Logan and Alex go cliff jumping together. I watched Logan go higher and higher with Alex right be his side. No matter how high Logan went Alex was right there by his side challenging him every step. Finally they went as high as they can go. It seemed like a 75 foot jump and wouldn't you know it Alex jumped before Logan. Thats when I knew Logan had found his best friend. And thats who you should marry your best friend. Marriage is sharing life with your best friend, enjoying the journey along the way and arriving at every destination together.

Before Alexandra and Logan share their vows they have prepared a presentation to symbolize their marriage. May the mothers from both sides Sidney and Janet please come forward. These pots of dirt were gathered from both family households the Hammonds and Trotters. With these pots of dirt they will be mixed together and a tree will be planted to symbolize these two families and most importantly Alexandra and Logan coming together. As the tree grows taller and stronger may your marriage reflect the strong roots and durability of the tree as you two grow old together.

The ring is an ancient symbol, so perfect and simple.

It is a circle; for love that is given comes back round again.

Your rings are precious because you wear them with love.

They symbolize your commitment in marriage.

They remind you of who you are, where you’ve been, and where you’re going.

As you wear them through time, they will reflect not only who you are as individuals, but also who you are a couple.

Alexandra do you take this man Logan to be your lawfully wedded partner, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, in good times and woe, for richer or poorer, keeping yourself unto him for as long as you both shall live?
