This contract is not to be entered into lightly but thoughtfully and seriously, and with a deep realization of its obligations and responsibilities. Please remember that love, loyalty, and understanding are the foundations of a happy and enduring home.

Often marriage is viewed as the union of two people. Yet marriages not only unite the couple, it unites the family. With the changing structure of what a family is in today's world we are offered unique and wonderful opportunities to simply increase the number of loving caring relationships we have in our lives.

I ask that Zachary step forward to stand with us for a moment ...

Zachary duration by a wedding ceremony rings are exchanged with a promise. It is the promise of a safe haven free from judgment that offers unconditional love and support under any and all circumstances. Therefore your mom, Brittany has asked that I make it known to both Ashley and Zachary know of her promise to you both today. She and Ashley want Zachary to know how special he is and how blessed they feel to be his parents.

They also want to give Zachary a physical reminder for the future that as he grows and becomes a young adult he will always be a part of their life and welcomed with love in their home and hearts.

Zachary we both present this token of this promise to you now and forever. (Brittany & Ashley place chain/medallion around Zachary’s neck.
