Which State Should I Select When Ordering My Minister Ordination Package?

You will want to order your Minister Ordination Package or other state specific product for the state where the wedding ceremony is taking place. For example, if you live in Texas and the ceremony is taking place in Oklahoma, you will want to select Oklahoma when ordering your Minister Ordination Package.

Officiating Weddings in Nevada

If you plan on officiating a wedding in Nevada, you will also be asked to select the county where the ceremony will be taking place. This is because each county in Nevada has its own minister registration application and procedure and registration in one county only gives you permission to officiate weddings in that county.

Most people who intend on officiating a wedding in Nevada plan to do so in Las Vegas, where they are required to register with the Clark County Clerk. The second most popular wedding destination in Nevada is in Washoe County where Burning Man takes place each year.

When ordering your Nevada Minister Ordination Package make sure to select the county where you plan on officiating the wedding so that you can receive the appropriate government applications.

I Need My Ordination Certificate!

You are able to access the digital, unofficial copy of your ordination certificate at any time by logging into your minister account, viewing your profile, and clicking "View Ordination Certificate". You can find more detailed instructions on how to do this here.

You can also order your official hardcopy of your Ordination Certificate from our store. For a better value, you can order your Minister Ordination Package which also contains your signed, dated, and notarized Letter of Good Standing, your AMM Minister's Manual, and any required government registration applications.

How Will I Know My Order Was Placed?

When an order is successfully placed you will automatically be navigated to a checkout success page that displays your order ID.

You will also receive an Order Confirmation email as well as an additional shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped.

You can also login to your minister account at any time to view your Order History. Once you are logged in go to your Minister Profile Page. Below your name and Minister ID is a submenu for your private minister pages. The third option is "Orders". Click on this to view your order history.

Delivery times are measured from the day your order ships and sees movement in the postal system, not the day you place your order. For example, if an Express order is placed on Friday, it will ship Monday, and likely be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday.

Can I Place an Order by mail or Over the Phone?

Yes. We can process credit or debit card payments over the phone and check or money order payments by mail.

To place an order by mail, please send us:

  1. Your Minister ID number or name, exactly as it appears on your minister account.
  2. A list of the items that you would like to order.
  3. A check or money order totaling the cost of the products and preferred shipping method, made out to "American Marriage Ministries".

Can Someone Else Pay for My Order?

Yes. In the checkout process you on the Shipping and Billing information page, you can specify an alternate billing person.

Please make sure that the billing address and name match that of the actual cardholder or the credit card company will refuse to process the order.

Can I Bill and Ship to Separate Addresses?

Yes. You can specify alternate billing and shipping addresses when placing your order. Changes made to your billing and/or shipping address will not alter your credentials in any way.

Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?

No. Applicable taxes, if any, are included in the purchase price. We do not like hidden fees, and you probably don't, either! The prices you see are what you pay.

Is My Payment Secure?

Yes. Our entire website is encrypted behind a secure socket (ie https). Additionally we maintain a current and active TLS Certificate (Transport Layer Security).

Additionally, we do not store your credit card info. When placing an order, your financial information is sent directly to PayPal and Authorize.net using industry standard encryption.

What Payment Methods Do you Accept?

We accept credit or debit cards from VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. We do not accept American Express.

Regarding Prepaid Cards
Many of our Ministers have successfully placed orders with pre-paid/pre-loaded gift cards. That being said, there have been occasional issues caused by the fact that gift cards don’t have billing addresses as with normal credit cards. Since the billing address is used to confirm that the transaction is not fraudulent this can present problems when using these cards.

Please contact us if you experience any difficulty in completing your order with a gift card or if you want to place an order over the phone.

Why Is My Order Not Going Through?

We maintain a high security threshold using an Address Verification System (AVS) to prevent fraudulent transactions.

If your transaction was declined, it was likely due to an AVS mismatch. This occurs when the billing address you provide does not match the address on file with your bank or credit card company. To continue, you will need to enter the correct billing address or contact your bank or credit card company.

Please note that attempted transactions may temporarily show up as pending charges on your bank or credit card account. Don’t worry about this - any funds marked as "pending" because of declined transactions are held only by your bank or credit card company and should be released on the next business day.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We will refund any order within 30 days of purchase. If an order has been shipped, it must be returned to AMM at the customer's expense before we can issue a refund.

However, personalized documents with typographical errors will be replaced at no charge.
